Who doesn't love the great flavor of BBQ, anytime, anywhere? In Matt's world, the best food is BBQ food. He loves to try new things on the BBQ...like garlic bread, corn on the cob, pineapple, & anything meat. This past Sunday Matt wanted to try something new, but the rain started early and showed no signs of stopping-but that didn't stop Matt from firing up the grill and braving the freezing cold and the rain. Needless to say the bacon, mozzarella stuffed pork chops were delicious!!
